1. CAPITAL PROJECT 17-06: Amend Capital Project 17-06 City Hall Security Improvements, authorize the City Engineer to proceed with Capital Project 17-06, authorize the issuance of up to $203,988 in bonds for Capital Project 17-06, authorize the City Engineer to expend funds up to the programmed amount and further authorize the Mayor to sign any documents related to said Capital Project 17-06 Security Improvements. (Rauscher/Wells)

2. ADVERTISE FOR BIDS: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for 2017 Tree and Stump Removal and Tree Trimming. (Rauscher)

3. CAPITAL PROJECT 17-07: Amend Capital Project 17-07 Exterior Lateral Support Wall Repairs, authorize the City Engineer to proceed with Capital Project 17-07, authorize the issuance of up to $199,000 in bonds for Capital Project 17-07, authorize the City Engineer to expend funds up to the programmed amount and further authorize the Mayor to sign any documents related to Capital Project 17-07 Exterior Lateral Support Wall Repairs. 4. RECOMMENDATIONS: Receive and place on file the recommendations from the Planning Commission relative to the proposed Local Laws to amend City Code Chapter 190 Zoning pertaining to the regulation of flutter and digital signage. (Rose)

5. BUDGET TRANSFER: Approve a budget transfer to allocate funds to cover the cost of abstracts for property to be acquired. (Wells)
