Meet the local authors of the newly released book, Changing Your Equation, a professional and personal leadership development guide. Roe and Don Polczynski, Jr., are officially launching their new book at the Stanley Theatre in Utica, from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017.
