The Great Swamp Conservancy will be bringing a rhythmic pulse to Canastota from 1 to 3:30 p.m. April 9, 2017. You are invited to hear nationally known folk/American singer from Buffalo, Davey O. He is equal parts songwriter and storyteller, playing his Gibson guitar and his no apologies rust-belt work ethic.
He has been awarded multiple honors among the “best of” lists of several Folk & Roots radio stations. His constant dedication to the art of song craft with a journalist’s eye for detail and poet’s ear for the well-turned observation is well worth listening to. Each of his songs takes you on an adventure via music and words, strung along the common thread of this journey we are all on.
Come and join the GSC for an afternoon of “Harmony in Nature.” This fundraiser is to benefit the conservation efforts of the Great Swamp Conservancy, Inc. Suggested donation for tickets: $7 pre-sale and $10 at the door. Children under 12 are free.
