State Police charged an 18-year-old Oswego man with nine counts of Petit Larceny following larcenies from vehicles in the Towns of Oswego, Scriba and Palermo.
On May 1, 2017, State Police in Fulton located and charged an 18-year-old Oswego man with nine counts of Petit Larceny, a class “A” misdemeanor, following an investigation. The teen is accused of stealing property from unlocked vehicles in the Towns of Oswego, Scriba, and Palermo during the overnight hours between April 16 and April 27, 2017.
The teen was arraigned in the Town of Palermo court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 secure bond.
