The 3rd Annual Cottage Lawn Farmers’ Market on the grounds of the Madison County Historical Society located at 435 Main Street in Oneida will open every Tuesday from 3- 7 pm from May 16- September 5.(The market will not be open on Tuesday, July 4).
The market will feature fresh local, seasonal produce, cheese, eggs, herbs, dog treats, soaps, wine, olive oil, maple products, honey, gelato, baked goods, jam, kettle corn, fresh squeezed lemonade, dried fruits, nuts, and much more! There will be themed weeks focusing on families, nutrition and recreation. We are excited to announce that there will be two summer concerts sponsored by The Gorman Foundation. Come and visit– your taste buds will thank you.
There are many exciting things planned throughout the 16 week run of the market from: Planting Day (June 6); Taste of Oneida (recipe exchange and cooking demonstration)(June20 & 27);The Gorman Foundation Summer Concert (July 11 from 5-7); Get out and Get Fit (July 18);The Gorman Foundation Summer Concert- Target the Band (July 25 from 5-7); First Responder’s Day (August 1);Community Day-Get to know your community organizations (August 8); Classic Car Day (August 22); Kid’s Day 2.0 (August 29) and local business day throughout the market weeks stay tuned.

The Madison County Historical Society is a nonprofit organization that operates both a museum and the Mary King Research Library located at 435 Main Street in Oneida. The society continues to preserve, collect, promote, and exhibit the history of Madison County and its fifteen towns and one city through the development of programs that enhance Madison County’s heritage. The historical society’s headquarters are housed in an 1849 Gothic Revival Villa that is listed on the State and National Registry of Historic Places.
