On Aug. 15, 2017, The New York State Police in Oneida arrested Frank W. Stevens, age 43, of Bridgewater for one count of sex abuse third degree, one count of forcible touching, one count of unlawfully dealing with a child first degree, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Stevens is charged with giving an alcohol beverage and having sexual contact with a female under the age of 15, which occurred in the town of Brookfield, Madison County. Stevens was arraigned in Brookfield Town Court and released on his recognizance. He is scheduled to return to Brookfield Town Court Aug. 22, 2017, at 4 p.m.
