Madison County Commissioners of Elections Laura P. Costello and Kelley S. Hood announce that the Madison County Board of Elections office in the county office building, Wampsville, will be open four evenings and two Saturday mornings before the general election to be held Nov. 7, 2017.
This is to facilitate applying for and voting an absentee ballot for voters that cannot get into the Board of Elections during regular hours.
The evening hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24; Thursday, Oct. 26; Monday, Oct. 30; and Nov. 1
Saturday hours will be from 9 a.m. to noon on Oct. 28 and Nov. 4
It will be too late to register to vote in this general election at these late hours; the times are to facilitate people who wish to vote by absentee ballot.
