1. ONEIDA HOUSING AUTHORITY: Approve the renewal of the PILOT by and between the City of Oneida and the Oneida Housing Authority under another federal funding program. (Matzke)
2. RENEWAL NOTIFICATION: Receive and place on file the Standardized Notice Form providing a 30-day advanced renewal notification for an on-premises alcoholic beverage license from the Greater Oneida Civic Center (Kallet). (Pulverenti)
3. MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the Madison County Emergency Management Office and the City of Oneida Fire Department for training and emergency response services for confined space rescue and fire investigation. (Salerno)
4. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Aquarius Capital in the amount of $7,500 for Actuarial Consulting Services for GASB (Governmental Accounting Standards Board) No. 43/75 for fiscal years 2018-2020. (Wells)
5. INSURANCE RENEWAL: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Humana Medicare Employer Plan

6. HEALTH INSURANCE RENEWAL PLANS: Authorize the Mayor to sign the health insurance renewal plans for 2018, Excellus BluePPO Option I, Signature Deductible 3, and the 2018 dental plan renewal, Excellus Dental Blue Options. (Wells)
7. PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: Receive and place on file a proposed Local Law amending the City’s Code to abolish the current Planning Commission and ZBA, and create a joint Zoning Board of Appeals/ Planning Commission, and schedule a Public Hearing on said proposed Local Law for October 17, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 N.
