Robinson, 30, of 8013 Brookside Drive, Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear in court on charges of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree and miscellaneous vehicle and traffic offenses. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $200 cash or $500 bond.
  • A 17-year-old Oneida youth was issued an appearance ticket for assault in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

  • Jessica B. Smith, 37, of 8614 Lakeport Road, Chittenango, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Devin J. McDonald, 19, of 307 N. Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on original charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and six additional charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on total bail of $3,500 cash or bond.

  • Michael A. Janse, 36, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.

  • Nicole L. Clapper, 21, of 106 West St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear for a pre-sentence investigation relating to an original charge of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

Oct. 10, 2017

  • Michael A. Janse, 36, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
  • A 16-year-old Oneida youth was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of obstructing governmental operations in the second degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

  • Gregory K. Williams, 28, of 345 Main St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Samantha F. Wheeler, 33, of 223 N. Broad St., Oneida, was arrested for failure to report a change of address (sex offender). She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

Oct. 13, 2017

  • Joel M. Emerson, 25, no permanent address, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.
  • Alyssa M. Moleski, 21, of 8638 Honeycomb Path, Cicero, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with trespass and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $3,500 bail.
  • Jodi A. Faber, 32, of 102 N. Main St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree.

  • Tanaia M. Allen, 32, of 223 N. Broad St., Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and unlicensed operator.

  • Brian L. Carlson, 41, of 352 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.
  • Stephanie Boylan, 34, of 122 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.

Oct. 16, 2017

  • Michael A. Janse, 36, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
  • Patrick R. Bethmann, 48, of 5840 Cheesefactory Road, Manlius, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and not having an interlock device (where required).
  • Robert W. Holmes, III, 38, of 118 Madison St., Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Oct. 21, 2017

  • Cristopher R. Joslyn, 31, of 5356 Canal Road, Durhamville, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to meet with probation as required. The original charges were harassment in the second degree, two counts of assault in the third degree and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $1,000 cash or $2,500 bond.
  • Troy A. Buono, 23, of 4051 Argos Road, Cazenovia, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $1,000 cash or bond.
