Oneida-based state police charged Greg J. Bala, 60, of Limberlost Road, Clinton, with DWI following a rollover crash in the town of Vernon Friday evening.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. Oct. 27, Oneida County 911 dispatched Trooper Terry Horton to a one-car rollover personal injury accident on Marble Road near Arquint Road in Vernon.
