RCIL has employment opportunities where you will be providing hands-on assistance to help seniors and individuals with disabilities be able to remain living in their homes, as safely and independently as possible. Become a Personal Care Assistant or Direct Support Professional and earn $12 per hour with guaranteed $12.50 per hour after the first six months.
