The New York State Police is requesting public assistance with identifying two individuals captured on surveillance photo above.
On December 10, 2017, at approximately 8:25 p.m., a black male exited the Wal-Mart store in Rome with approximately $98.00 worth of frozen seafood. The male can be seen on surveillance video selecting the items and then leaving without paying for any of the merchandise. A black female is also reported to have been with the male and likely knows the suspect.
