  • Wendie L. Buffington, 46, 170 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Christopher C. Sheffler, 34, 114 Stone St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Casey C. Wallace, 25, 243 W. Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging her with second-degree harassment.
  • Bryan A. Musacchio, 36, 207 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to obey a traffic control device.

Jan. 4, 2018

  • Kenneth L. Roehm, 57, 3237 Fox St., Durhamville, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear as ordered for commencement of sentence on original charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, two counts of second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal trespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail to begin serving his original sentence.
  • Robert E. Wallis, 20, 342 N. Lake St., Oneida, was served with a criminal summons for petit larceny.

Jan. 5, 2018

  • Richard W. Bishop, 52, 414 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on original charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered to begin serving his sentence in the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail.
  • Joseph M. Barilla, 42, 3330 US Rt. 20, Cazenovia, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held pending further court action.

Jan. 8, 2018

  • Sue A. McGovern, 37, 303 N. Main St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging her with endangering the welfare of a child.
  • A 17-year-old male was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Sabrina A. Snyder, 23, 4425 Stuhlman Rd., Vernon, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with harassment in the second degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
