Utica Public Library announces art contest winners
On Tuesday, Feb. 20, the Utica Public Library held a reception to announce the winners of its 10th annual art contest for adults. The winners are, pictured seated from left, Polly Blunk – Best Use of Detail (tie) and Fiona O’downey – Best Abstract. Standing from left are Patricia Bakert – Best Use of Color, Jim Dieffenbacher – Best Black & White, Rebecca Petrie – Best Use of Detail (tie), and Noyuri Umezaki – Best of Show.
