Rome Run & Indoor Walk and Pre-Registration
WHAT: 16th annual Rome Run & Indoor Walk Pre-Registration sponsored by Rome Memorial Hospital
WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018; registration begins at 8 a.m., opening ceremony begins at 9 a.m.
WHERE: Rome Free Academy, 95 Dart Circle, Rome
WHO: Heart Walk participants, volunteer leadership, heart disease and stroke survivors
WHY: The Rome Run & Indoor Walk and Pre-Registration features a heart healthy walk indoors and out of the cold. Runners will have the option to participate in an outdoor 5K as well. Throughout the morning, Sydney’s Circle with music, entertainment, and activities, as well as a vendor expo featuring health education, will be open. The event will feature Red Cap survivor ambassadors Sammy Paquette and Grace and Roy Benham.
This event is also a pre-registration site for America’s Greatest Heart Run & Walk.
