Launch Grant Winner: Fruit of the Fungi
Kenneth and Kristina Mangine have been operating their mushroom farm in Lebanon since 2006. Their products are available at various local farmers markets, as well as in Parry’s and Hamilton Whole Foods.
All their mushrooms are organically grown and packaged on-site. With the new equipment they bought with their Launch Grant funding, they will be able to increase production and expand further into Central New York’s growing dried mushroom market.
