State Police investigate roll-over crash in the town of Elbridge
State Police are investigating an accident that occurred on State Route 321 in the town of Elbridge.
At approximately 1:20 p.m., a 2001 Dump Truck loaded with stone was traveling north on State Route 321 when the driver, Frank P. Fellers, 54, of Lacona, lost control, entered into the south bound lane of traffic and then rolled onto its side.
Fellers was evaluated by Marcellus EMS and released at the scene. State Route 321 was closed for several hours due to stone and 40 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the roadway.
State Police were assisted by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office and the state Department of Transportation.
