State Police seek public assistance with identifying suspect in surveillance photo

State Police is seeking public assistance in identifying an individual regarding a criminal mischief investigation at the Nice-N-Easy store on State Route 13 in the town of Williamstown.

On February 18, 2018, at 1:54 a.m.., a customer became angry when the cashier refused to sell him beer and damaged the store’s front counter.   Estimated value of damage is $150.   The suspect is described as a white male with a goatee who left the store in a red vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet with three other males.

If anyone has information on the identity of the individual or vehicle in the photo’s above, they are asked to contact State Police at (315) 366-6000.  All information will remain confidential.
