North Syracuse man charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor
On May 9, 2018, the New York State Police in North Syracuse arrested 33-year-old Michael J. Clark of 12 Devonshire Road, North Syracuse, for disseminating indecent material to a minor (a D felony).
This investigation was initiated when a concerned citizen reported to State Police that Michael Clark was conversing with a minor on Facebook and attempting to get her to partake in drug and sexual activity for his benefit. Clark was arrested without incident and lodged in the Onondaga County Jail pending arraignment.
State police were assisted by Onondaga and Oswego County Child Protective Services.
