  • Kayla L. Jones, 28, of 5766 Walker Road, Deerfield, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Robert W. Holmes III, 38, of 118 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.

May 31, 2018

  • Craig E. Parow, 50, of 3258 Cole Road, Bouckville, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Victoria A. Opalka, 61, of 338 Elizabeth St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.
  • Matthew R. Dryer, 35, of 176 Wilson Road, Frankfurt, was charged with petit larceny.

June 1, 2018

  • Mark E. Meadows, Jr., 18, of 546 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, unlicensed operator, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and operating with a suspended registration.
  • Mark S. Durham, 25, of 80 Grantville Road, Norfolk, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Christopher M. Derosa, 31, of 431 Sayles St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.
  • Aaron J. Wright, 37, of 585 Tubbs Road, Waterville, was charged with falsely reporting an incident.

June 4, 2018

  • A 15-year-old female from Syracuse was summoned to Madison County Probation for a charge of petit larceny.
  • Emily L. Croniser, 23, no permanent address, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of second-degree harassment. She was also charged under a separate bench warrant alleging that she failed to comply with a court order program relative to original charges of two counts of petit larceny. She was arraigned in Lincoln Town Court and was remanded without bail.
  • A 16-year-old Oneida male was charged with sexual misconduct.

June 5, 2018

  • Mark L. Gaut, Sr., 49, of 536 Sconondoa St., Oneida, was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt
  • Alexia M. Sandejas, 21, of 4309 Churton Road, Vernon, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.
  • Joshua A. Campany, 23, of 235 North St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

June 6, 2018

  • John A. Santiago, 22, of 612 N. Geddes St., Syracuse, was charged on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for sentencing on an original charge of fourth-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Sara E. Barbaritano, 27, of 106 E. Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.

June 7, 2018

  • Tanya M. Chesebro, 36, of 1081 Grand St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
