Christopher J. Garrow, 19, no permanent address, was arrested on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

Stephanie C. Cooper, 27, 114 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without headlights, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent.
Lindy L. Lagrange, 42, no permanent address, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on a petit larceny charge and another bench warrant alleging that she failed to pay a surcharge on original charges of petit larceny and trespass. She was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
Chad J. Young, 37, 4433 Peterboro Road, Vernon, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with conditions regarding original charges of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.

Warren Darby, 40, 1400 Bergen St., Brooklyn, , was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator (2 counts), unlicensed operator, failure to notify DMV of an address change, criminal impersonation and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond.
Gena D. Roberts, 57, 303 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with theft of services.
