Driver charged with aggravated DWI following crash in Oneida County
State Police in Remsen arrested 53-year-old Robin M. Kennedy of Forestport for driving while intoxicated following a personal injury automobile accident on Dustin Road in the town of Forestport, Oneida County.
On July 16, 2018, at approximately 7:08 p.m., Kennedy was northbound on Dustin Road when she lost control at a curve in the roadway, exited the east shoulder of the roadway and struck an earth embankment, which caused the vehicle to overturn.
Kennedy was charged with aggravated DWI, speeding and moving from lane unsafely. She was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Forestport Town Court at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018.
