Camden man charged with aggravated DWI with a BAC of .37 percent

On Aug. 2, 2018, State Police responded to the area of Preston Hill Road in the town of Camden regarding erratic operation of a lawn mower in the roadway.
When Troopers arrived, they located a lawn mower and interviewed its operator, Daniel L. Felker, 50, of Camden. An investigation into the sobriety of Felker led to his arrest for DWI. Felker submitted to a breath test, which determined his blood alcohol content to be .37 percent, more than four times the legal limit.

Felker was charged with misdemeanor aggravated DWI and other vehicle and traffic violations; he is scheduled to appear in Camden Town Court Aug. 27, 2018, at 7 p.m.

State police were assisted at the scene by state ENCON Police and Camden Police Department.
