Fandemicon At Utica Public Library
On Saturday, Aug. 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Utica Public Library will host its third annual pop culture convention: Fandemicon! This family-friendly event offers a wide variety of programs and activities including guest speakers, workshops, crafts, games, face painting, vendors and a Cosplay Contest.
Among the presenters and guests are cosplayer Jaye Cosplay, illustrator and educator Fran Krause, photographer and make-up artist Marissa Perkins, comic book inker Charles Barnett III, artist and educator Sean Usyk and musician Chipocrite.
