- Ron M. Bartlett, 32, of 4185 Highbridge Road, Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
- Marcus A. Valerino, 27, of 4010 Split Rock Road, Camillus, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

- Lindy L. Lamb, 43, of 223 N. Broad St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $100 cash or $200 bond.
- Heather L. Riley, 44, of 107A Warners Road, Canastota, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of trespass and petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

- Saleena M. Berry, 19, of 5967 Rocks Road, Munnsville, was charged with petit larceny.
- Robert E. Wallace, 21, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

- Mied S. Alnasser, 25, of 611 Chatham St., Rome, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- James E. Nystrom, 40, no permanent address, was arrested on a Madison County Court bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for sentencing on a charge of third-degree attempted burglary. At the time of his arrest, he was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail until County Court reconvened.

- Samantha P. Knecht, 23, of 126 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
- Justin M. Ward, 37, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine on an original charge of second-egree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash or bond.
- Ryan J. LeClair, 33, of 140 E. Center St., Canastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and unregistered motor vehicle. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash or bond.
- Rebekah L. Joslyn, 33, of 5365 Canal St., Durhamville, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released after paying a $600 fine.
- Richard R. Coss, 33, of 416 W. Railroad St., Oneida, was charged with sex offender failure to report a change. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.

- John A. Durr, 22, of 310 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
- Casey C. Wallace, 25, of 243 W. Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt.
