Aug. 24, 2018

  • A 16-year-old male from Rome was charged with third-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
  • A 16-year-old male from Oneida was charged with third-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Melissa E. Kotary, 34, of 246 Williams St., Oneida, was arrested on two separate bench warrants for failure to pay fine and failure to perform community service. Original charges on both bench warrants were for petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded pending further court action.
  • Tanaia M. Allen, 33, of 221 N. Broad St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging she failed to appear on original charges of unlicensed operator, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded pending further court action.

Aug. 25, 2018

  • Jesus Domena, Jr., 40, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Timothy L. Miers, 42, of 2585 North Road, Knoxboro, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with unlicensed operator and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $750 cash or $2,000 bond.

Aug. 26, 2018

  • Joel M. Emerson, 26, no permanent address, was charged with disorderly conduct and open container. He was subsequently charged with second-degree criminal contempt and was arraigned in Oneida City Court. He was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Tomas N. Garcia, 46, of 211 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • David T. Scribner, II, 50, of 209 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with unattended motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating with more than .08 BAC.
  • Curtis J. Wilson, 22, no permanent address, was charged with criminal possession of fifth-degree stolen property.

Aug. 27, 2018

  • Sara E. Barbaritano, 27, of 106 E. Sands St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.

Aug. 28, 2018

  • A 15-year-old Oneida male was summoned to the Madison County Probation Department after being charged with third-degree grand larceny and providing a false written statement.
  • Jeffrey T. Coonrod, 26, of 416 W. Railroad St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or bond.
