The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the 2018 Distinguished Service Award will be presented to Craig Bailey. The award will be presented at the 2018 Chamber Annual Dinner on November 2, 2018 at the Kallet Civic Center.

The Distinguished Service Award is given every year to a community member, business, or organization who has demonstrated service and commitment to improving the local community and making our area a better, more vibrant place to live.

Craig, a third-generation insurance professional, was born and raised in Oneida.  He comes from a longstanding tradition of customer service, integrity, and trust.  Craig works locally at OneGroup and has chosen to stay in Oneida to raise his family.

Outside of work, Craig participates on numerous nonprofit boards. These organizations include the Oneida HealthCare Foundation, the Greater Tri-Valley YMCA and the Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce. He’s extremely involved in and passionate about youth sports, including Pop Warner football, Little League baseball as well as youth basketball programs.  Craig’s willingness to always be there to lend a helping hand demonstrates his commitment to our community.

Two additional awards will be presented at this year’s annual dinner, the New Business Award and Longevity Award. The award dinner will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at the Kallet Civic Center, Oneida.
