Syracuse man charged with use of a child in a sexual performance

State Police in Fulton arrested Michael P. Miller, 36, from 142 Annetta St., Syracuse, on one count of use of a child in a sexual performance, a class C felony.
Miller is accused of inducing a 15-year-old female from Hannibal to engage in a sexual performance by offering $3,000 and an iPhone 6 in exchange for a video recording of her engaged in sexual conduct.
This incident occurred in September 2017. Miller was interviewed after an Oswego County search warrant was executed at his residence.
Miller was arraigned in the town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond pending further court proceedings.
This investigation was conducted by the New York State Police Computer Crime Unit and the FBI Midstate Child Exploitation Task Force.
