Baldwinsville man arrested on child pornography charges
State Police announce the arrest of Patrick R. Bednarski, 33, of Baldwinsville, for one count of promoting a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony and three counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.
An investigation was conducted after images consistent with child pornography were uploaded to a social media platform. A forensic exam of all electronic media, inside the Baldwinsville residence, was completed by members of the State Police Computer Crime Unit. Investigators discovered images consistent with child pornography.
Bednarski was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment and remanded on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bail bond.
