Cazenovia Public Library to Present Lecture on WWI Home Front Experiences

The Cazenovia Public Library will continue its program series, “America During World War I,” with a special presentation by archivist Elisha Davies and museum educators Pat Hill and Julia Shotzberger. The lecture, titled “Home Front Experiences of WWI,” will be held on Wednesday, October 24 at 7:00 pm in the Community Room.

The presentation will use Cazenovia Republican articles and other archival holdings to explore the impact of the war on locals, their businesses, and their everyday lives. The lecture will bring to light the admirable efforts made by the Cazenovia community to support the troops.

All events at the Cazenovia Public Library are free and open to the public. For more information, call (315) 655-9322 or visit www.cazenoviapubliclibrary.org.
