- Tanya J. Millington, 28, 3431 Crow Hill Rd., Bouckville, was charged with petit larceny.
- Nicole M. Sharpe, 31, 112 Prospect St., Canastota, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree and two (2) counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

- Adam M. Shifrin, 34, 182 Missouri Ave., Bay Shore, NY, was charged with inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree.
- Clifford J. Congdon, 39, 3710 Carter Rd., Canastota, was charged with inadequate exhaust, unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.

- Hunter E. Shampine, 20, 229 S. Canal St., Canastota, was charged with petit larceny.
- Wayne P. Schmidtka, 49, no permanent address, was charged with petit larceny.
- Shannon L. Gates, 28, 2853 Woodman Pond Rd., Hamilton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of false inspection certificate, uninspected motor vehicle, inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond. She was also issued an appearance ticket for possession of a hypodermic instrument.
- Ryan G. Stratton, 33, 2853 Woodman Pond Rd., Hamilton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
