- Kathryn M. Lesswing, 38, of 150 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
Oct. 24, 2018
- Jerry L. Durr, 60, of 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with two counts of menacing in the second degree.
- Gage P. Uhlig, 18, of 310 Stone St., Oneida was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.
- Sharon M. Hitchings, 51, of 5538 Sunview Drive, Elbridge, was charged with no plate lamp, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree.
- Austin J. Phelps, 22, of 233 N. Broad St., Oneida, was charged with no plate lamp and unlawful possession of marijuana.
- A 15-year-old male was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of assault in the third degree.
Oct. 25, 2018
- Tricia K. Salisbury, 27, of 450 Park Drive, Rome, was charged with suspended registration, no stop lamps, unlicensed operator, operating without insurance, failed to notify DMV of address change and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Joel M. Emerson, 26, of 102 N. Main St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held in lieu of $250 cash or $1,000 bond. He was also charged with possession of a synthetic drug and was and was held on $500 cash or $1,000 bond on that charge.
Oct. 26, 2018
- Zlatko Grozl, 37, of 306 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
- Robert W. Holmes III, 39, of 175 Madison St., Oneida was issued two separate criminal summons, each charging him with harassment in the second degree.
Oct. 28, 2018
- Dylan Williams, 40, of 474 Elizabeth St., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $350 cash or bond.
- Jerry L. Durr, 60, of 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with two counts of menacing in the 1st degree, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
Oct. 30, 2018
- Robert B. Hyde Jr., 40, of 325 Pleasant Ave., Oneida, was charged with passing a red light and with having a suspended registration.
- Carlos M. Maes, 38, of 416 W. Railroad St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
Oct. 31, 2018
- Matthew J. Richmond, 27, of 449 Elizabeth St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate exhaust, inadequate headlights, uninspected motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated as a felony (prior conviction). He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
