  • Jennifer M. Laflair, 24, 318 Bloomfield St., Rome, was arrested for petit larceny, second-degree burglary, unlicensed operator, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $5,000 cash or $25,000 bond.
  • Russel L. King, 37, 6937 Green Road, Durhamville, was charged with inadequate plate lamp and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Nov. 29, 2018

  • Kristen M. Cook, 44, 316 Stone St., Oneida, was arrested on a warrant charging her with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

Nov. 30, 2018

  • Teresa M. Joslyn, 29, 122 Vanderbilt Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Sarah E. Dibble, 34, 348 West Lake Rd., DeRuyter, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
  • Joel E. Emerson, 26, no permanent address, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court
  • Amber F. Thurston, 68, 5497 Stockbridge Falls Rd., Smithfield, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with uninspected motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on her own recognizance pending further court action.
  • Nicole L. Addison, 34, 128 3rd St., Rome, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance pending further court action.

December 1, 2018

  • Erin E. Chesebro, 37, 209 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, failure to stop for a stop sign, driving while intoxicated and driving with more than .08 BAC.
  • Tyler P. Turkett, 36, 2201 S. Willis St., Abilene, Texas, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to submit to a breath screening device. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
