ICYMI: The OPL and Friends holding Holiday Book Sale Dec. 7 and 8
Oneida Public Library is offering smart holiday shoppers terrific bargains in a wide selection of gently used books, DVDs and women’s accessories at its annual Holiday Book Sale in the library’s Meeting Room today – Friday, Dec. 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 8, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
General prices are: hardbound adult books $1 each; trade paperback $.50 each; and four mass market paperbacks for $1. DVDs are $1 apiece. For this year’s sale, with its exceptionally wide selection of children’s books, shoppers can purchase four children’s books of any description for $1. During the last hour of the sale on Saturday, shoppers can pay $1 for a paper grocery bag full of any kind of book.
All proceeds from the OPL Holiday Book Sale benefit the library.
