- Clifford E. Dennie III, 30, 229 E. Elm St.,Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful dealing with a child in the first degree.
December 5, 2018
- Jamel A. Noblin, 38, 929 Symonds Pl., Utica, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
- Brandon William Heffron, 19, 2051 Genesee St.,Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- Jacqueline Y. Barcomb, 57, 226 Farrier Ave.,Oneida, was charged with passing a red light and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
- John A. Durr, 23, 340 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to complete community service hours with respect to an original plea to charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the 5th degree and trespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance

- Michael J. Miers Jr., 45, 447 Elizabeth St.,Oneida, was charged with failure to stop for a stop sign, failure to signal, driving while intoxicated and driving with .08 BAC or more.
December 7, 2018
- David A. Lolik, 48, 221 Farrier Ave, was issued a criminal summons for trespass.
- Joshua J. Parhurst, 26, 5984 Tuescher Road, Verona, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny and a separate arrest warrant charging him with unlawful manufacture of meth in the third degree, criminal possession of precursors of meth and criminal possession of meth manufacturing material in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court.
