BLOTTER: Oneida Police Department
Dec. 18, 2018:
- Brandon W. Heffron, 19, of 2051 Genesee St., Oneida, was charged with having an inadequate muffler, no front license plate and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
- Lianna R. Boyce, 27, of 2 Woodcreek Drive, Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to comply with conditions regarding an original charge of trespass. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $500 cash or bond.
- Christopher S. Brodock, 56, of 407 Seneca St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person.
Dec. 19, 2018:
- Mark H. Howard, 63, of 222 N. Willow St., Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
- Robert W. Holmes, III, 39, no permanent address, was charged with second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.
