Clay man arrested on unlawful surveillance charges
State Police arrested Peter R. Nicoletti, 49, of Clay, on three counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance, a class E felony and one count of tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony.
Nicoletti is accused of unlawfully placing a video-capturing device in a room of a residence and attempting to destroy the device after it was discovered by the female victim.
Nicoletti was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment.
