- Richard W. Bishop, 53, of 345 Main St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
- Shannon L. Gates, 28, of 2853 Woodman Pond Road, Hamilton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of possession of a hypodermic instrument. She was also arrested on a separate bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, false inspection certificate, uninspected motor vehicle and operating with inadequate lights. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.

- Geoffrey M. Ingersoll, 33, of 266 Paradise Road, Central Square, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, first-degree sexual abuse, third-degree sexual abuse and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. He was arraigned in Canastota Village Court and remanded without bail.
