On Jan. 3, 2019, at 8:22 a.m., Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Christopher E. Conley, 43, of East Lake Road, Cazenovia, on the charge of first-degree rape (class B felony).
It is alleged that on Dec. 26, 2018, while at his residence, Conley physically forced a female to engage in sexual intercourse with him.
Conley was arraigned in Cazenovia Village Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. Conley is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
