On Jan. 25, 2019, Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Leslie R. Bradley, 49 of Bouckville, and charged her with second-degree possession of a forged instrument (a class D felony) and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing (a class E felony).
It is alleged that Bradley filed a forged document with the Madison County Department of Social Services with the intent to defraud social services and gain public assistance.
Bradley was arraigned in Lenox Town Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Bradley is scheduled to return to Lenox Town Court Feb. 26, 2019, at 9 a.m. to answer the charges.
