- George M. Chismar, 59, of 244 West St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
- Johnny W. Stanley, 50, of 406 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.
Feb. 11, 2019
- Jacob J. Bouyea, 20, of 357 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.
- Carl E. Ellsworth, 34, of 2861 Tag Road, Canastota, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear regarding an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.
- Rodney L. Ineich, 44, of 5319 Bear Road, N. Syracuse, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to report for intermittent sentencing on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and re-sentenced to four months in jail.
Feb. 12, 2019
- Nicole K. Campbell, 41, of 1600 Old Rt. 31, New Woodstock, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She was also charged with resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
- Curtis J. Wilson, 23, of 314 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to comply with conditions related to a trespass charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
- A 12-year-old Oneida youth was issued a youth court appearance ticket regarding a charge of discharging a firearm (BB gun) in the inside district.
- A 14-year-old Oneida youth was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and unlawful discharge of a firearm in the inside district.

- David A. Lolik, 48, of 221 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
- James J. Lussier, 49, of 118 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

- Shakeya J. Upshaw, 27, of 82 Howedale Dr., Rochester, was charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
- Jerwie L. Richardson, 49, of 1149 Stone Road, Rochester, was charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
- A 15-year-old female from Rochester was summoned to Madison County Probation to answer the charge of petit larceny.
