OCC’s teaching restaurant reopens with its latest cuisine

Onondaga Community College’s With Love restaurant is now serving Vietnamese cuisine. The teaching restaurant, which is located at 435 North Salina St., Syracuse, changes its cuisine every six months along with its entrepreneur-in-residence.
