(Morrisville, NY – Aug. 2014) Morrisville State College athletic director, Greg Carroll, has announced the addition of Jordan Farrar to the athletic training staff beginning this fall.
Farrar, a Canastota native, will primarily be responsible for overseeing care and management of the Mustangs field hockey, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, and women’s lacrosse teams. In 2015-16 he will oversee athletic training management of the women’s ice hockey program.
Farrar comes to Morrisville State from Genesee Community College where he served in an assistant athletic training role until May, working primarily with the men’s lacrosse team. Prior to joining the staff at Genesee CC, Farrar was an athletic training student at SUNY Brockport, working with 23 varsity intercollegiate athletic teams.
A 2013 graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training and kinesiology, Farrar completed his certification upon graduation.
