(Morrisville, NY- Aug. 2015) The Morrisville State College athletic department is holding a Back to School supply drive now through Sunday Sept. 6 in an effort to assist the students in the Morrisville-Eaton Central School District with supplies for success in the upcoming 2015-16 academic year.
Donations will be collected now through the 6th in either the athletic office located in the Recreation Center, or at the season openers the week of Sept. 1.
Men’s soccer kicks off the season against fourth nationally ranked SUNY Oneonta at 7 p.m. on the 1st, as well as volleyball, which plays host to Southern Vermont at 7 p.m.
Football opens the 2015 season campaign playing host to St. Lawrence University on the 4th for a 7 p.m. kick-off. Volleyball wraps up the week with an eight team tournament on Saturday and Sunday.
Anyone making a donation at any Mustang event across the week will receive discounted admission to the contest.
Needed supplies include, but are not limited to: pens, pencils, notebooks, paper, erasers, 2-pocket folders, markers, crayons, glue sticks, highlighters, and binders.
