On June 23, State Police in North Syracuse arrested 27-year-old Michael B. Devore, of 119 Sun Harbor Dr., Liverpool, for the felonies of second-degree burglary, first-degree sex abuse and misdemeanor first-degree harassment.
The arrest stemmed from a domestic incident that occurred the evening of June 22 in Cicero. Devore was arraigned in Cicero Town Court before Judge DeMarche and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 secured bond.
He is scheduled to return to court June 29 at 4 p.m. for a felony preliminary hearing.
