The Utica Public Library is proud to be hosting the performance for the finalists of the Youth Songwriting Competition Saturday, July 22, at 2:00 pm. Terrelle Hines (13), Tyler Lybolt (16), Caleb Crowder (10), and Cait Devin Shenberger (16) have written original music and lyrics to perform live.
