The New York State Police is requesting public assistance with identifying an individual captured on surveillance photos above.

On Jan. 19, 2018, at approximately 4:45 p.m., a 7-year-old boy accidentally left his iPod on the counter at the Nice N Easy gas station on Route 80 in Tully.

As the family returned to the store, the iPod was missing.

Surveillance video from inside the store revealed a white male wearing a long brown shirt, blue jeans and a black baseball cap entered the store and placed the iPod in his coat pocket. He was last seen leaving the store operating a white Buick style sedan with black canvas roof.

If anyone recognizes the individual or the vehicle in the photos above, they are asked to contact State Police at (315) 366-6000.
