Be sure to join us this Friday May 3 for our next Historic Talk for spring. It will be Railroading in the Stockbridge Valley at 6:30pm. Join John Taibi as he shares with us about the O&W railroad between Oneida and Whites Corners past his station at Munnsville.

Play Mahjong is back for the rest of spring, summer and fall. Like to play Mahjong? Want to learn how to play without using the computer? Willing to teach young and old. Join the fun every Monday afternoon from 1pm-3pm.

Bring the little ones in for Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour on Tuesday May 7 at 10am. Help us have fun with “Flowers & Mom.” Stories, finger plays a craft and more. If you cannot make that day, join us on Tuesday May 14 for “In the City.”

Are you interested in homeschooling? Do you homeschool and are looking for others in the area? Please let us know or join us on Wednesday May 8 at 6:30pm for Homeschooling 101. We would like to help you find what you are looking for, answer questions you may have and/or see how many homeschoolers are in the area and start a group. Anybody who homeschools, is interested or wants to just come are welcome.

On Wednesday May 15 please join us for our Book Talk at 6:30pm. We will be reading, The Wife Between Us, by Greer Hendricks. Copies can be picked up now. Discussion open to teens and adults. So grab a book, read it and come join us for a sure to be fun discussion.

NERF Battles is back for May. If you are between 10 and adult sign up for our NERF Battles on Friday May 17 from 8:30-11:00pm. Only 14 spaces available. If you are 5-9 years old, sign up for our NERF for Littles on Saturday May 18 from 4:30-6:30pm. (Parents must stay on site for this one.) Only 8 spaces available. Everyone MUST sign up at the library to be able to get a permission slip. NO phone calls. All must bring a snack and beverage.

Help us decorate a letter for our Summer Reading banner. Stop in during library hours now and get a letter to take home and decorate. First come, first serve. Open to kids ages 2-17. Letters due back to the library by June 14, 2019.

We will be closed on Friday May 10 and Saturday May 11 due to a staff shortage. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will reopen on Monday May 13 at noon.

We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
