This summer, the Utica Public Library will hold its fourth annual Fan Art Contest. Fan Art can encompass a huge spectrum of subjects from Comic Book Superheroes to Science Fiction to Manga & Anime.
NEW THIS YEAR: Three age categories, 8 to 12, 13 to 17 and 18 and up. Entries and registration will be accepted from 1 to 5 p.m. today, Friday, July 26, 2019. The first 70 entries will comprise the contest.
Please obtain all rules from the Utica Public Library. There will be cash prizes and six winners (two winners in each of the three age categories).
Categories that can be used are Manga/Anime, Superheroes, Sci-Fi, Video Games and Fantasy.
The six winners will be announced during the Cosplay Contest at FANDEMICON, which will be held at the Utica Public Library Saturday, Aug. 17.
