Troopers investigate two-car crash in Jefferson County
State police are investigating a two-car crash that occurred at the intersection of State Route 411 and Route 37 in the town of Theresa, Jefferson County.
The investigation has revealed, at approximately 3:45 p.m., a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu, operated by Eugene M. Morehouse, 20, of Cheektowaga, was traveling east on State Route 411 and stopped at the intersection of State Route 37. Morehouse then entered the intersection, failing to observe a 2012 Nissan Rogue operated by Hannah F. Hodolitz, 21, of Evans Mills, that was southbound on Route 37.
The Chevrolet Malibu then exited the roadway on the east shoulder of the roadway and came to rest in a field. Morehouse was airlifted by LifeNet to Upstate Medical Center and listed in stable condition. Hodolitz and a passenger in the vehicle, Christopher R. Valenzuela, were transported to Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown with minor injuries.
Troopers in Sylvan Beach are asking for public assistance in larceny investigation
State police in Sylvan Beach are investigating a larceny of cash and a New York state driver’s license from a wallet left on a boat that was docked off Canal Street in the village of Sylvan Beach.
Troopers are searching for a male and female who were seen entering the cabin of the boat and exiting after a few minutes June 23, 2019.

State police in Watertown are investigating a larceny that occurred at the Walmart Store on State Route 3 in the town of Watertown.
On June 16, 2019, an unidentified female was captured on store surveillance video putting more than $160 worth of merchandise in a bag and leaving the store without rendering payment.

On June 20, 2019, an unidentified male was captured on store surveillance video taking $391 worth of merchandise items and leaving the store without rendering payment.

Troopers conduct an underage drinking initiative in Onondaga County
State police in Onondaga County conducted an underage drinking initiative during the evening hours of June 28. A total of 23 retail establishments were checked in the towns of Camillus and Geddes.
